A brillant strike by Emma Hansberry sealed a cup double for Strand Celtic in the girls under 14 league final against a gallant Dromore Villa side.
The game was close throughout but a strong strand celtic backline was impossible for the girls from Dromore to penetrate bringing the trophy back to Strandhill. For strand celtic captain, Emma Hansberry, it was a great double as she played a leading role in the under 16 girls victory on the previous evening.
Yet again there were great celebrations as the cup was taken to strandhill via a cavalcade of cars with horns blaring and lights flashing.
