CELTIC CAMP AN OUTSTANDING SUCCESS

The sixth Glasgow Celtic soccer camp was held easter week in Strandhill Community Park and was an outstanding success.

The camp was headed by John Mcstay, son of former Sligo Rovers manager Willie McStay, and supported by Ryan and Barrie. The lads struck up an instant rapport with the kids and in blistering conditions everyone had a great time.

All the players got the new Nike Celtic Training Top and during the week there were prizes each day for a variety of novel events. The camp was rounded off with a  presentation in the strand celtic clubhouse.

Well done to Camp Director, Brian Redmond, supported by Stephen Conway, Damien McCallion and Maurice Monaghan.

The next camp is scheduled for July 18th to 22nd and is a 5 day camp. There is a reduced rate for early booking before the end of May.
