For just €10 you could win €500 using your own knowledge and skill of picking a winning premiership team each week

The rules of the Premiership Last Man Standing couldn’t be easier:

• On a week-by-week basis you select a different premiership team you hope will win their weekend fixture. If your selected team wins their fixture you get to continue in the competition each week until your team loses or draws whereby elimination occurs.

• You cannot pick the same team twice. You will pick a different team each week, thereby reducing your options as the competition continues.

• You must make your weekly selection by Friday afternoon at the latest and submit it to your contact at Strand Celtic Football Club (email/text/call…. etc).

• NEW RULE THIS YEAR……IF YOU FAIL TO SUBMIT YOUR SELECTION BY FRIDAY AFTERNOON YOU ARE OUT

• If there is more than one person left in the competition by completion of all Premiership matches (i.e. by the end of the season) then the winnings will be divided evenly among individuals.

• If there is a postponement to any games then those affected players will have their selection defaulted to the highest standing (unselected) team in the league coming into the weekend of the fixture.

• They will be permitted to select this defaulted team again in the competition, but will not be permitted to re-select their original choice team (that postponement affected).

• The entry fee for this competition is €10 and if you would like to participate please have fee paid and first team selected by Friday 27th February. The first game of the competition will kick off on the weekend of Sat 28th February so have a look at the fixtures for this first weekend and select your first winning side!!
