Mid-Summer Party
Summer is a time to celebrate and what better way than a Mid-summer Garden Party in Kilcornan Walled Garden. This 19th heritage garden is in magnificent condition thanks to the Kilcornan Community Employment Scheme and on next Sunday July 11 at 2 pm the Brothers of Charity Services with the support of Clarenbridge Community Development Associaton welcome the community to enjoy a fun afternoon.
Please come along and enjoy what is best in our community – music, the arts, heritage and fun events or just meet and chat with friends. A wide variety of community groups have agreed to demonstrate and share their expertise in areas including childrens’ storytelling, , water safety demonstrations, penalty shootout as well as live music by the Early Music Group and traditional musicians from the locality.
Entry is free. Provision is made for inclement weather with the erection of marquees.
