Our under 18 girls went down to a strong Yeats United side in the girls under 18 league final at starndhill on Thursday night last. In a fine game Yeats just about held the upper hand and our girls were gracious in defeat.

Yeats turned over one goal to the good at half time and we could just never claw it back despite some valiant efforts from Ely McCole and Emma Hansberry. Grace Cadden turned in a fine display in goal and made out outstanding save late on. Well done to the girls on reaching the final and thank to the Bella Vista, our girls teams sponsors, who hosted us afterwards for some food. Also thank to Paddy Norman and Claire Gilfoyle who have coached the girls this season.
